CCM Zambia

CCM’s ministry vision is to facilitate and administrate the sending of Christian missionaries into Zambia, Africa, and worldwide. This is scheduled to occur in three progressive phases.

PHASE 1: Phase 1 includes sending the day school students of CCM Bible College on a variety of mission trips both within Zambia and worldwide. First year students go into one of the nine provinces of Zambia. Second years students are sent on mission into one of the bordering nations of Zambia. Third year students go further into the continent of Africa and fourth year students go on mission into other continents of the world. The mission trips for first, second, and third year students are two weeks in length. The mission trip for fourth year students is eleven weeks long. These mission trips are currently being done at CCM Bible College.

PHASE 2: Phase two of CCM’s Missionary Society is to invite all interested Christians, both within and outside of the CCM community, to join us in taking a short term mission trip somewhere in the world. The trip may be within Zambia, another African country, or anywhere in the world. CCM will serve as the facilitator and administrator of such trips, preparing the details for all participating missionaries. The prospective missionaries will be required to make application, go through assessment to determine their readiness to go, undergo a short intensive missionary training programme, be taught how to raise funds, and to raise their own financial support for the trip. These short term mission trips are currently in the planning stages, with the first trip planned for sometime in 2008. They will be one or two weeks in length, depending on the need. CCM will begin a series of advertisements when the first trip is scheduled to take place. Watch for T.V., newspaper, and other advertisements, including this website, to inform you of the details of this trip. The future ministry of CCM Missionary Society will be to hold regular and ongoing mission trips to different countries of the world to enable the African and worldwide church to participate in global missions.

PHASE 3: Phase 3 of CCM’s Missionary Society is to send out career missionaries, into Zambia, Africa, and the world. Long term missionary service includes anything beyond the traditional short term mission trip (see Phase 2). It could be three or six months in length, a year, two years, or longer. In this situation, CCM helps administrate the recruitment, placement, and sending of approved missionaries. Continue to check our website for additional information that will be added in the future.
