Entrance Requirements
- The applicant must be a born-again Christian, having a personal relationship with God through repentance and faith toward Jesus Christ.
- The applicant must be in good standing with his/her local church and be actively involved in Christian service.
- The applicant must be highly recommended for study by the leadership of his/her local church.
- The applicant must complete all the required application materials and be officially accepted into the Seminary before beginning studies.
- If required, the applicant must successfully pass the English Competency Examination before being accepted into the Seminary.
- If required, the applicant must successfully pass the Computer Literacy Examination before being accepted into the Seminary.
- The applicant must have ongoing access to a computer for their studies and be computer literate.
- The applicant must have a post-secondary Degree from a recognized and approved institution. The Degree may be in any field of study, theology, or otherwise. Four-year Degrees are preferred. Those that have a three-year Degree may make application. If approved, they will be allowed to enter while under one-year probation to determine if their academic performance is acceptable. If so, the student will be allowed to continue. If not, they will be dismissed without reimbursements, academic, financial, or otherwise. If the 3-year degree is not approved the applicant may be asked to complete one additional year of biblical studies at Degree (undergraduate) level.
- The applicant must provide an official transcript of his/her completed Degree studies. The transcript should come DIRECTLY from the institution to CCM Theological Seminary, not through the student.
- The applicant must prove the financial capacity to make timely tuition payments.
Graduation Requirements
All students of CCM Theological Seminary are required to meet the following standards for graduation:
- The student must demonstrate a high level of Christian integrity throughout their studies. Failure to do so can and will lead to suspension or dismissal from the Seminary.
- The student must successfully complete all required course work.
- The student must achieve a minimum grade of 70% for each course.
- The student must return all Library resources to the Seminary Library.
- The student must complete and successfully pass the Seminary Bible Board Examination. The Seminary Bible Board Examination is a comprehensive written examination issued to all students upon successful completion of all coursework at the Seminary. The examination tests the student’s knowledge of the Bible and biblical subjects introduced in the curriculum. A passing score of 70% or above is required before any Seminary Degree will be issued. The examination is issued at the Seminary.
- The student must successfully complete the three month Ministry Internship.
- The student must successfully write and defend his/her Thesis.
- The student must clear all financial debts owed to the Seminary.
